Subsequently, at Harta Intan Group from 2011 to 2012, Cheong held the position AProject Manager - Director, leading projects like Pangsapuri Sri Cempa (RM 21 million) and Olive Tree Hotel (RM 155 million). In 2012, Cheong assumed the role of Managing Director at Golden RCH Development, where he currently oversees the development of 113 units of Affordable Homes at Taman Sejahtera Alma (RM 40 million). Simultaneously, he spearheads projects at Poli Lands Property, including 18 Units SME Factory at Bukit Minyak (RM 70 million), showcasing his diverse expertise. Cheong's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Management from University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and a Diploma in Technology (Building) from Tar College (TARC).
